I made my own. Two pieces of aluminum angle and two large mud flaps that I picked up at my local Fruehauf semi-trailer dealer. I drilled thru the flaps and thru the angles and bolted the flaps to the angle. Then the angle ,I shoved into the ends of my hitch. The angle and flaps are held into the hitch with rubber tarp straps. They have been on the truck and never take off since I have had the airstream. The Tow vehicle is a F350 1 ton single wheel ,crewcab. These flaps stay on year round.
