We've been 'Streamers for just a few months, so we're still enjoying those great first encounters. At what has become our favorite RV park on Mustang Island, Texas, a lady just came to the door and said "Hello Airsteamers!" She introduced herself as Wanda, said she saw us drive in, and just couldn't miss a chance to greet her fellows, since we are the only occupied A/S in the park. She and her husband had to give up the RV lifestyle for a cottage, due to age (mid-80s), but began to tell us tales of four Airstreams over 30 years. She talked about 18-34 ft floorplans, of backing-in tales, and journeys thousands of miles from Mexico to Alaska. And she recalled her great Texas unit and WBCCI rallys. Her enthusiasm, charm, and Airstream spirit were downright amazing. We're just sitting here smiling about this wonderful little encounter. I hope many more follow.
