McMinnville, Oregon - camping for "vintage"?

We'd like to stop in McMinnville, Oregon this summer and visit the Spruce Goose. Because of a tight schedule, we'd like to camp close to the Evergreen Aviation Museum.

Sadly, the closest places (Old Stone Village RV Park and Willamette Wine Country RV Park) specifically exclude older campers (pre-1995). Another place down the road, Mulkey RV Park, has no web presence to speak of.

We have a 1971 Tradewind in decent shape, but not polished, with a couple of minor "beauty marks" and missing a couple of hubcaps.

Does anyone have any experience with camping "vintage" in McMinnville?

Thanks so much for any and all leads!

They may make an exception for Airstreams. Worth checking.

Good Luck,

Champoeg State Park is not far away, across the river from Newberg which is about 15 minutes north of McMinnville. Nice park, our club has its season ending rally there.

Thanks, OregonVista! We've booked a night at Champoeg. It's not as close to the aviation museum, but a heck of a lot closer to I-5 for our continued trip northward.
