Marge and Homer go east

Ok. After much planning and many changes we are ready to leave Arkansas, heading for Philadelphia. We took everyones advise and are taking our 88 Suburban as our tow vehicle. And boy are we happy about that. The Suburban is really comfy and pulls like a champ. We have always called the Suburban "Large Marge" and so now the airstream is "Homer".
We will pull out tomorrow morning and drive until we feel like stopping. I have never had a trip where we have had the luxury of stopping when we want to. We don't have to be to Phila until Friday so we have plenty of time.
I'll post pictures as soon as we get Homer parked somewhere pretty!

We're here

Marge and Homer made it to Philly just fine. At first Marge was a little squirrelly but we realized the back tires were under inflated. After we aired up it was smooth sailin'!

Well now... given the amount of, uh... kindling we see there, is that clearing up front the site of a large weenie roast or Burning Man II North?

BTW, nice site...

We like a nice big campfire to sing around so we brought plenty of firewood from Arkansas. No really, this is my in-laws back yard and it has been growing wild for the past 40 years. They started doing some major clearing and cut some BIG trees. It makes a nice wall to camp by.
