Day 29 (Saturday, May 31, 2008)

Lucy enjoyed her night at the Petro. She finds comfort being near all the big trucks.

We got going early this morning. We headed south through Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and into Virginia. We hit quite a bit of rain along the way, but covered close to 600 miles.

We made camp at Fort Chiswell RV Park in Max Meadows, Virginia, at exit 80 on I-81. It's really nice with 5 point hook-ups for under $30.00.

Moosetags - have you stayed at the Airstream park North of Pensacola on the Escambia River? Rustic - but a nice quiet getaway! We stayed there when we were visiting my sister and her husband in Cantonment, Fl.
