Raccoons only at a great distance. We have a female and three babies invading our yard intermittently. My dogs may have frightened them, but you never know. Raccoons love avocados, unfortunately. They were going for the tree. Again😩

You don't want an RV park; go to the Marriotte hotel instead.

It would be great if you could travel from dream park to dream park in caravans.
And had knowledgable guides to all of the scenic places.

My dream RV park is situated in the center of 1,000 acres of property and it has just one campsite.

Let me know where it is.
I'll buy a piece of property about a mile away.
Then we'll come over in the evening and join in on some of the festivities then go back to our own place for some peace and quiet.

This just keeps getting better and better. We could incorporate a theme into those nightly humanity encounters by the campfire.

A "Quest for Fire" evening, perhaps?

I'll take the places they always show in the sales brochure. Fabulous scenery and you're the only one in sight. I like the Airstream camped on the remote beach - how do you get that spot!

My favorite park that I've stayed at and would model a new one from is Top of Georgia in Helen Georgia. Has everything I need and want, creek, mountains, friendly like minded people with a common interest and cheap to stay. Maybe open it to vintage silver kin.
