A club house with space for playing music - of course with piano and a drum kit... Out door stage area with PA, plenty of plugs and lit dance floor....

remote?

Gotta go with remote location for the pampered get-away.

This is great! When we traveled as a family when I was growing up it was four boys and my parents in our 23' Safari. We would take month long trips and literally travel across the country which meant lots of parks and lots of long days driving. Back then the "RV park bible" was the Woodall's directory and it looked like a phone book. We had a list of must haves - pool, game room, pull through sites, full hook ups and quite often - my poor Mom - a laundry room. We each had a series of activities that we had to do once parked before we could hit the pool - all involved unhitching and getting the trailer level and hooked up. Once that was done off we went. That was then - this is now - same trailer different stage of life. We really don't ask for much - level spot, full hookups (the 69 does not have a gray water tank), a pool is nice but not necessary, most of all great location, a clean and maintained park with good security, and nice people.

On the road soon

Like this thread very much. So many great suggestions for the Ideal RV park. Not a bad name for one either.
We pick up our 2013 30' International Signature in mid-July. Then it's back to BC to complete moving out of our home for the past 22 years. We'll get the mobile office installed and AS loaded with the first assortment of items we think we need, items we might need, items we like to look at (some folk art, Mexican textiles and baskets...) and 2 Xoloitzcuintle and we're off on our first multi-day shakedown trip. Where is the question? Adventure awaits.

And besides computer and cell-phone prohibited area . . . .

And besides a computer and cell-phone prohibited area, how about an upwind smoke free area? I'm talking about both tobacco smoke and campfire smoke.

This would be for those of us who like to breathe while camping. . . . .

I've about had it about loud aggressive dogs. Ones left in the rig alone, windows open, anything sets them off, dogs, people, wind, lightening. I can't step out of my rig without upsetting some overbred ankle biter going off. Dogs off leash getting up close and personal to my legs, snapping away. All I ever get is a weak "Sorry about that"

So for me, no dogs.

Yes! And that big library will certainly contain some of those "racey books."

Well, I suppose we could designate the sites according to "expertise."

Long-winded Experts: Rows 1 - 2 (Look for sound-buffering wall surrounding that section)

Less-winded Experts: Rows 3 - 4

Some Expertise: Rows 4 - 6

No Expertise at All: Rows 6 - 8

An Expert (in their own mind): Rows 8 - 25

Oh no, with that plan we'll have never-ending huge pointless arguments in rows 4, 6 and 8.

I'm thinking there would be more of that in rows 8 - 25.

Well, I don't know about hookers (not a fisher woman!), but let's add some interesting wildlife to the mix - bears, moose, elk, deer, bison - not snakes, raccoons, or alligators, though.
