Las Vegas, NV campgrounds

Any body out there that could recommend campgrounds in the Las Vegas area.

We will be there for about 3 days starting May 29. Would prefer full hookups, showers, etc. And last but not least reasonably priced!

Thanks for all help.

Larry

If you want to be right on the strip, Circus Circus has a rv park right next doo, and you could even just drive there: they have Airstreams for rent! RV Park - Circus Circus Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Lake Mead RV Park, about 10 minutes from the strip, fits your criteria. Lake side sites are not as reasonable as the others.

We stayed at Arizona Charlie's on the Boulder Hwy in LV a few years ago. Their very complete breakfast buffet included an omelet chef. If we go back to LV, we would certainly go back. Their website will list the particulars. There were several other's down the street, but this is the only one we've stayed with recently.

Las Vegas RV Resort.

Hi, we always stay at the Las Vegas RV Resort; It's a real nice place at a reasonable price. There are very few camp grounds that we stay at more than once or twice, and this is one of them.

Another one that is right at the intersection of I-15 & Blue Diamond is the Oasis RV Resort. Here's a link to their web site Home - Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort.

You must tow with a Ferrari! That's easily a 30-40 minute drive to the strip!

I haven't made it to Vegas, yet. However, I planned to stay at Sam's Town which gets decent reviews, seems to have decent rates, and isn't far from the strip.

Circus Circus is appealing to me with its location, but from what I understand it is very overpriced for being what it is, a parking lot with hookups.

I can't remember the name of the park where we stayed in 1999, but we drove across Hoover dam to get to the strip. It was a nice park.

Main Street Station Casino RV Park, Las Vegas, NV | RVParking.com

Hi Larry C:

You might like to look at the above web sites. This is "Main Street Station". They have a Casino, Hotel and RV Park. It's quite inexpensive and right downtown.

Have fun -- Don
