Thumbs up Jackson Center Ohio has outdoor wi-fi !

I'm presently at the airstream factory getting some work done on our airstream and were staying here overnight and found out they have wifi inside and outside with a very good signal street alright!

Good to know.
We will make use of the Wi-Fi when we go there September 15-16.

Do they provide any hook ups while you are getting work done? I will be going next month.

Hookups?
You mean electric and water for the trailer?
Yes, they do.
30 and 50 amp.

The terraport has 50/30/20 amp electric service, water, and sewer at each site.
WiFi does require a passkey available from the service desk or the after hours security guard.

All the sites are nice, all the same really... Pretty flat and level and easy to back into. If you haven't been there before there is a huge area for your dogs a dumpster and big bbq pits to use. Bring plenty of groceries and sundries with you as all those things are a bit of a drive away.

As you may already know, there is a daily line tour @ 2 pm. You gather in the service center and get a neato pen and stylish ear plugs.

Hmmm, yes, I was asking about electric, water and sewer. I was not looking for a date hook-up. My wife might not approve.

You'll have to drive down to Dayton for that kind of a hookup

I assume the stylish earplugs are required because the assembly line has noisy areas over 90dB where OSHA requires hearing protection?

Over the years, we have camped at the Terraport on three separate occasions starting in 2006. They have three point hook-ups plus wifi. If you are going to arrive late, call ahead for the wifi password.

There is a small supermarket on the other end of town. They have about everything that you would need. When we are in Jackson Center, we always go down to the grocery store for breakfast. They have table seating and the breakfasts are great. A bunch of locals meet there in the morning and are very friendly. The nearest big stores are about 35 miles north in Lima. They have a Sam's there.

We usually tour around the area while they are working on the Airstream. They guys at the Service center are great and really know what they are doing. be sure to take the Factory Tour while you are there.

Brian
