We are usually pretty well stocked on groceries when we travel, but what about when the green tractor takes your house away?
I guess you get in the tow vehicle and go to a restaurant?

Uncle JD does the pickups starting at 7am you can waste your day away in the service center. There is the parts store there, vending, and always the company of other streamers. You'll likely never get bored. Additionally the factory has a great display of heritage products on display in the front parking lot. If memory serves me, the oldest is a 1937 clipper. Don't forget Don Ambus and the your every day at 2 pm.

I was at the factory to watch our unit be built (from 2 January 2014 to the 15th) and Don now has a similar vintage side kick who gives tours some days.

No dis-respect intended. I gave him a lift home on one of the zero degree days in early January rather than let him hike home. He is a bushel basket full of Airstream stories and minutia.
Don reminds me of a W-4 warrant officer with 32 years of service who served on my second ship in the late 60s. That chap had forgotten more than the new guys would or could ever learn about all that WW II equipment that was still in use.

Sounds like a visit there is really worthwhile. We had an April 1 appt., but the weather forecast has changed, so we are now going in early May. Our route will take us through Kentucky and Illinois so we hope to enjoy it in good weather.

The Wi-Fi worked great on C1 in the third pod (rear of the Terrsport- Safari Circle).
