In Search of Clarence Thomas

My wife and I just bought our first AS and we are picking it up tomorrow. I have been reading lots of threads on this Forum and thought an interesting subject would be;
Who have you run into on the road in an AS or other that has been of famous or infamous background?

My wife is threatening starting a blog of this thread title. She would be absolutely thrilled to meet the Justice. I have heard of numerous "stars" crusing around in their trailers.
Chime in.
Best regards,
Mike

Some years ago we came across Evil Knevil in Laughlin Nevada. We were in an Airstream, he wasn't. He had a very large class A motor home with a very fancy paint job and was towing a large car hauler type trailer painted to match. He was driving the rig. It was really something to behold.

Doesn't Clarence Thomas have a motorhome? Or is it an Airstream moho? I've noted that NONE of the articles seem to mention even the brand, much less anything more specific.

On edit:
Oh, duh. You probably mean who we meet on the road when WE are in an Airstream.

No, I think the other one is Dave. One of them is dead, can't recall which one though.

Ok, I'll play this game. John Larroquette John Larroquette - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia used to have an Airstream. Whoever bought it from him stripped out the inside & sold some stuff. I bought his oak spice rack & put it in my Sovereign. So, his hot pepper seasoning was in my spice rack :-D

We camped close to Wille Nelson's bus for a recent concert. I think we were downwind because we had a great time, don't recall much else and the next day found a bunch of pizza boxes in our camper.

We met Al Unser (the race car driver) here at the park. Big SOB motorhome towing a VW-based dune buggy. He had a nice cat, too. His wife was pretty nice, too, but I liked the cat better.

Clarence Thomas is currently a justice on the Supreme Court.

Dave Thomas was founder and CEO of Wendy's. He died in 2002.
