Having a smaller AS, we have, when dry camping, experienced running out of fresh water. I think it is for smaller capacity tanks a good idea to carry an extra water jug and a funnel with a short (8"-12") hose attached to it to refill the fresh water tank. I once used a teapot to refill the than that probably held a quart and made about 20 trips to a spiggot in the camping area where we were.
