H20 Jug

Having a smaller AS, we have, when dry camping, experienced running out of fresh water. I think it is for smaller capacity tanks a good idea to carry an extra water jug and a funnel with a short (8"-12") hose attached to it to refill the fresh water tank. I once used a teapot to refill the than that probably held a quart and made about 20 trips to a spiggot in the camping area where we were.

Oreo Cookies - to throw under the trailer. They really DO keep the ants from bothering you... something I learned here!

Who always has the best stories to go with her Photos?
Well have you had this happen to you?
Well, Some of you might have guessed I have been having a few memory problems.

This is what happened to me tonight,
I went to get money,
My biggest problem at that time was how to get the game to end.

Thumbs up Out List...

We have long ago given up on an actual list.

Our rule is.....if YOU think of it..... it is up to YOU to make sure it gets packed.

"honey did you pack the finnigian frabitz"

"no"....it's been thought of so it's packed.

I don't get to say no very often.

Everytime I think of something I should have, Rusty Rivet tells me we already carry too much. I'm doomed. So I sneak it in. lol

Altho I have been hauling an AS for almost 4 years now, I decided to put together a checklist of my own, and have been probing a few websites for items I haven't thought of. The website you listed awhile ago is no longer available for viewing, but I am interested in viewing it. Could you send it to me. The more I travel, the more I feel I need to know. Thanks, Terry

I carry a portable butane soldering iron. It is the Master UltraTorch UT40SiK. Very handy for any electrical soldering and it has a tip for soldering heavier materials and a tip for heatshrink. Comes in a handy little case. Look at any good electronics supply store.; they go for around $75. You can see it here: Ultratorch® Model UT-40SiK

An egg slicer. Hardly a must have item, I know, but I missed my one from home so much that I had to get one for the trailer.

Yes, I am a sad, sad, (egg liking) man.
