Blinds open or closed when traveling from one place to the other.

With my Airstream I can see all the way out the back window. So that would be open...

Depends on time of year. During warm months we keep things closed up to keep temperatures low enough for a temporary stay for our dog when we stop along the way. In the winter months we will keep them open to take advantage of some solar heating.

Same here, front to back and also the kitchen sink one so I can see that the gas light is on for the frig.

Hi, all curtains closed, but kitchen window mini-blind may be open or closed. Helps keep the inside of my trailer warm or cool depending on ambient tempurature.

everything closed.also door is locked and deadbolted.dealer told me there have been incidents where the regular door lock has failed causing major damage to the door while underway.i keep the load rolling at a good pace,but never tailgate.

I’ve always considered it uncouth, to parade my tenement-on-wheels through the public byways, displaying its interior appointments, for all to see- particularly to those with a lower station in life. That is why we “roll”, as it were, with all curtains tightly closed.

I open all the mini-blinds and every once in a while I forget. What happens is that if I do my right side head check I notice the window behind the door is actually blocking my check of traffic coming from the right.

Of course the very back end of Airstream One is for cargo so I have it covered with two old windshield reflectors so folks can't see all the boxes of high tech golf wonders.

I keep mine closed.
Otherwise I would never get out of the gas station with all the looky-lou's noses
pressed up against my windows checking out "that Airstream".

Keep mine closed, both curtains and shades. It keeps the curious at bay while stopped along the way.

On our short Argosy, we kept the shades open. That way, I could watch for tailgaters. On the longer trailers we've had, the rear window is so far back, and not at a great angle for looking through the trailer at traffic, so we keep them closed. When stored, everything is closed up, we don't want any potential burglars looking inside to see what they can break in and take.

Closed. Keeps out prying eyes and keeps the coach somewhat cooler in summer.

I've seen the roller soft blinds on newer Int'ls; have no problem with recommendations on those. I know from firsthand experience that the metal slat venetian style blinds in my Special Edition Safari will tear themselves apart unless they're pulled all the way up for travel. The plastic hold downs for the down position are about as trustworthy as a cat around an open tuna can. Just shows -- your results may vary.
