Host Vintage Thunder!

We're heading off to the International Rally around June 24. And because we are cheapskates and because we love to make new friends on the road, we are looking for courtesy parking along the way.

So here's the route: If we go get Edie's sewing machine, we'll be stopping for the first night somewhere west of Danbury CT, then proceeding west through PA, OH, then it's I-77 to St Louis, and I-44 to Springfield MO.

Why do you care? Well, if you give us courtesy parking you'll get a *free* tour of Vintage Thunder and an "I saw Vintage Thunder" button. You'll wear it with pride for the rest of your days, I'm sure. Plus you'll be mentioned in the Vintage Thunder blog!

Drat! We were just saying that at our new place we have 30 amp service and water by hose, so far--and parking with fishing privileges, nothing fancy, but it will work fine for courtesy parking. (We are considering how to connect to our septic system, but don't have that worked out yet.) We'll make the offer for you to stop over although we are about 60 miles off your I-44 path through Missouri. Wish we were a little closer because we'd love to have a fish fry with you! If I can talk Max into the idea, we'll day trip to the Rally and see V Thunder there Happy and safe travels here and back again~G

more rest and relaxation, you are always welcome at our house. There's 42 acres to pick from. We're 20 minutes north of Kansas City NASCAR Raceway (can sometimes hear it if the wind's right). I give great tours of our area to any and all visitors.
