Yes ladies, keep those little kitties warm and safe. When we lost our power here in early November our Smoky Bear was the first to notice and the first to make sure he was firmly planted under the blankets on the bed
. You'd think with all that fur they'd be fine but they just seem to crave heat. We also have natural gas fireplaces and as soon as I turned the one on in "his" living room he moved there and was firmly planted until the power came back on.
Juel, you guys sure have had some serious tree damage. You are right, the clean up is going to be a major added pain to all of this. Let's hope you don't lose them completely. We lost several very large and old trees out back in early November and it has really changed the look of our yard out back. It feels naked as these were big, leafy trees providing a lot of shade and quiet in the hot weather (I know, what's that).
