Looking to stay at Hualapai Mountain Park in Kingman, AZ. Saw something posted somewhere that it can be tricky parking your rig. I'm pulling a 28-foot Flying Cloud with a long Suburban, and I'm looking for any experience out there. Thanks.

I have not stayed there.

If the park posted it then it could be or maybe not. You are wise to seek experienced based knowledge.

Here's my example. We have a park on a nearby barrier island. They've had some RV "experts" that had trouble parking their rigs and demand a refund. So the park posted that tow behinds are not allowed in the park because the trees are too congested. Yet on their web site gallery there are fifth wheels and travel trailers all over the place. We did a site visit to confirm and found a more open park that some we've stayed at. The camp host hinted that the owners did that to weed out the "experts" from the experienced RVers.

I have been there, but my rig stayed in town. I doesn't look tight to maneuver around, but there are more than just rigs. ATV's are part of the mix parked up there.
I've thought about staying there, steep drive up in spots, water trucks crawling slowly so you won't feel out of place. But I stay more than a month, lack of laundry would send me down the hill.
