We visited Kathryn Abby Hanna Park in January 2013. We found it to be a nice municipal park. The beach was a reasonably short hike from our campsite but of course in January it was too cold to go swimming. The campsites were full hookup. As I recall the campsite surface was not paved. The first site we were assigned was difficult to fit into due to tree location so we moved to another site. Some leveling (2 Lego blocks I recall) was required. Sites have fire rings.
Sites are shady and there is decent spacing. We did not check out the bath house. Park was not very crowded the weekend we were there. We will likely return some day if we are in the area.
