Before My Airstream when tenting with a group, a few of us 'ladies' put together a tent dedicated to our 'spa' requirements- mostly for those evening 'doo-ties' and no bathhouse. It had a Lugable loo with black liners- covered metal can of peat moss and a nifty scoop- a table with a capped jug of water and a wash basin. Bar of soap, paper and regular towels and a mirror and flashlight (but don't light up too much of the tent). We were neat so no tippy-loo or floor catastrophes. Not sure if it would work with little kids. We also kept some paper cups so you could fill one and take it outside to brush your teeth (spitting in the woods of course). If you have s few dish pans you can heat your water add cold and so nice to have a 'bath'. Have fun!

Our tenting days porta-potty was a 5 gallon bucket with a toilet ring on top of it and a trash bag in it. Worked great. We used it as a second bathroom in the camper-

All festivals have porta johns

Promoters wouldn't want to limit their ticket buyers to folks with RVs.

Providing flashlights, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, and tissue can ward off any excuses

We've been to jamboree in the hills twice and to 4 NASCAR races with our airstream so I've been there

Make friends with the water and pumper truck drivers, our neighbour at our first jambo gave the pumper truck driver a generous tip the first day and never had to worry about full tanks. Water was free at jambo. There's always lots of portajohns around and showers for $5.

I'm planing a bachelor party for a friend at either a music festival or a NASCAR race, I'll b bringing my airstream and we'll be renting one or two motorhomes for the weekend. The bathroom in my trailer will be for emergency use only and we'll all take advantage of the facilities in the rented rvs.

There was atleast one company at jambo would rent out various trailers, from popups to sob's. They would deliver the trailer to the campground and set it up for the weekend, pricing was reasonable.

Experienced Music Festival Camper (with kid)

The larger, more established and organized music festivals that have camping will also arrange for port-a-potties throughout the campground. At many festivals, the septic trucks that service those units will also pump RV tanks for a reasonable fee. Having friends and kids camp with you at the right kind of music festival makes for a great time, but with 18 people and 10 kids in and out of your camper, expect some wear and tear . . .

Most music festivals I've been to in recent years had family camping areas away from the stages and the younger, kid-free, crowds. There, toilets were clean and readily avialable, and when we camped with friends the expectation was that people would use the festival amenities.
