Good location to park/camp for 2-5 days near Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN?

I am going to be at Mayo Clinic during the week of October 27-31 (right before Halloween!) and I am hoping to pull my FC 30' Bunkhouse out there for the week. I will need access to water at some point. I do have Honda generators, as long as I'm somewhere that I can run the. I'm open to any thoughts!

Earlier this year when we went to stay with my brother in law at the burn unit in Lubbock, they had RV spaces on site with full connections for FREE.
