It is very feasible. One of the transportation boats has direct service to the MK. One boat goes directly to the MK and the other I think goes to Wilderness Lodge and then on to the Contemporary Resort, then back to the campground.

The transportation for on site guests is pretty amazing... I know a friend/coworker is a regular at FW and I know they will go to the trailer for a rest or a meal with a 5 year old boy in tow no less!

Thanks for all of the suggestions, we are at The Fort now and everyone is having a wonderful time! We will definately be making this a regular habit!

It can be hectic but it can be slower. FW is what you make of it. I know people who don't even bother to leave the campground....of course with kids.. that's not us
