Rodney, your photos are marvelous. I wish we could have a forums rally built around photography instruction for the limited-talented (c'est moi!) with you as an instructor. I realize getting such an interest group to agree on a place and time would be. . .well, near impossible! Would you please post a campground review for Indian Creek in our Campground section here on the forum? Thanks. . .~G

Rodney, Great thread and pictures. I agree 3/4 ton is the way to go we had no problems towing our 31' over some of the roads you traveled.
Safe travels the rest of the way. Thanks again for sharing.

Klevan is right on the money. It is Wilson arch in UT. It is right off the highway near hole in the rock. 191 is a superb drive by the way, I did the whole state on that road from flaming gorge down.

There was some effort to get a photography rally off the ground this past june but it ended up fizzling. I would love to do something on that order though. I have added a couple campground reviews from the trip, I will try and get to the rest of them as time allows. I have my oral defense on Thurs, and I have to move and be ready for work in OK on the following Wed so I have a fair amount going on.

Rodney,
Your situation reminds me of mine 29 years ago; oral defense and move from OH to ID for a job as an Assistant Professor at ISU. I had to fly back for graduation and then drove my wife and 2 year old son to Pocatello in a VW Super Beetle.
Gongrats and good luck with your orals - remember - you are the expert.
