Fuel w/ Free Dump I-5 Oregon?

Hello all,
I am going from Portland to Roseburg tomorrow and need to dump the tanks before getting to my destination. I was wondering if there is anyplace with easy I-5 access that you know about. Does anyone offer free dumps with fuel fill? I dont care if I need to pay, either way is fine.

looks like the 'love's truck stop in roseburg has a dump site....

here is a list of the pay n free dumps in oregon...

there are also websites that list the free dumps....

a quick google of free rv dump stations will get ya there...

Frank, Some of the rest areas (Albany?) still have dump facilities. Oh, and be sure to take your keys with you! Darol

2air - thanks for the quick response. I never cease to be amazed at the web sites out there, or your encyclopedic knowledge!
Darol-I will see if they have dumps, otherwise I see a gas station in Sutherlin I can fuel and dump. the keys (DOH!) I still need to make a copy and hide it.

Facility Details - SCHWARZ PARK (OR), Or - Recreation.gov

Schwarz Park is easy access, at least it was going NB on I5. It is a pleasant 5 miles off of I5. I don't know if there is a fee -it's not listed on this site. It seemed like it would be a shady dump site all day!
There is also the county(?) camp to the west of I5 farther down, right off I5. I can't remember if there is a dump there. I'll post back if I remember the exit.
