Not to be disagreeable with you, CWF, must comment on your post.
I'm sure the concentrate will work as a good windshield washer/cleaner fluid. I have not seen this product as also being an anti-freeze product. I would only use it in ABOVE freezing conditions.
The ready to use A/F product contains alcohols & states the temperature rated for & not freeze.
My recommendation as to enabling limited use of RV's black water system (potty) in sub freezing conditions is limited to use of ready made Blue windshield A/F fluid rated to -20, or -50...if you can find it.
Use of water based concentrate is economical & OK for above freezing weather.
In closing, I must state again as I previously have written on this great forum. Using RV water systems when in sub-freezing conditions is risky. If water in the system freezes, severe damage can occur & be expensive to repair.
Some RV's may not be repairable
economically. IF the RVer understands his or her equipment's design, capability, & limitations; it can be done. Provided the RV is occupied during the sub-freezing weather. If the shore power fails, if the propane is depleted, if a circuit breaker trips; you must be present to immediately take corrective action.
I have an RV where I still had water in system, but wasn't always there at the trailer this fall. Plenty of propane, 50 amp shore power, and dry pipes outside the heated tanks enclosure. However, when nights here in N Ala began dropping into the 20's; I fully winterized it, including Pink A/F into the fresh water system. Still have thermostat set to 41 with propane tanks checked twice per week & empties refilled promptly. I may winterize that trailer several times this winter as I use it often.
Don't neglect your RV in cold wx, don't incur damage due to the inconvenience of winterizing.
Let's Roll !
