Complicated? It certainly can be. I hope J is on time tonight, I'll bet you're excited.

Toad Hall

Ah Mr. Toad, maccamper and I were Googling (actually we were using duckduckgo.com) to find out about "Toad Hall." Z has used a couple of terms in her blog that I've looked up as well. It's fun to learn new things.

If we're ever near Drumheller again, we're definitely going back to the Royal Tyrrell Museum. What an incredible dinosaur collection. Royal Tyrrell Museum

We've thoroughly enjoyed our visits to Canada!

Nancy Mac

Indeed it is, Zlee, and I have to say that I have learned so much with the interaction in this forum, especially with acronyms and abbreviations. I guess I could bamboozle a few people on here with some quainte olde Englishe terms but that wouldn't be very helpful, would it? Mind you, Zlee, you're pretty hard to bamboozle because you know the lingo on both sides of the pond! Aye oop!

Thank goodness for Google/Duckduckgo, eh? I had a look at your link and that museum looks fabulous. We plan to head west in the years to come and that place is definitely on the list.

Darn, I promised that I'd try to stay on topic and look at me; all over the place again!

I was thinking if we leave on Saturday and visit Nancy Mac and spend the night somewhere round there, then maybe KC on Sunday and see what the weather is like from there...

Yeah, it's a pretty good Cosmo, too...

Looking at the weather, the first leg looks good today, but second leg in 25 mph gusts. Tomorrow, it's the opposite. So I think we're going to do the first leg today, and see what it looks like mid afternoon before trying to decide whether to settle somewhere to let the winds pass us by, or press on.

25-mph "gusts" are of no concern. I'd be paying attention if they were 60-mph, but not lower . . . yet, as that is a norm hereabouts in winter it would matter if it were a headwind for fuel consumption. But not towing a well-hitched A/S.
