Tell your wife, when the kids are older and you can leave them alone, you can use it as your driveway second-honeymoon cottage!

Congrats Pharm on a successful first trip - your bunkhouse is beautiful! On the other end of the Airstream spectrum, my first trip (and first Airstream) was Thanksgiving week as well. At Skidaway Island State Park in Savannah. Trip was great, "Breezin" traveled well…except for a brief "white knuckle" ride crossing this bridge in gusting winds leaving Jacksonville. She actually did pretty well, I just took my time. But I'm taking a different route next time :-)

Way ahead of you.

Our next date with babysitter - we will be able to spend a bit of time in the aistream away from kids - so like dinner - movie - then chill in AS

My dad already agreed to keep kids for 4 day weekend this June for our 7 year anniversary - me and Priscilla solo camping trip

Ummm, keep doing that stuff and you'll need a 34'er with more custom bunks!

Fabulous!

If couples made time for those liasons, especially when the children are young, the divorce stats would plummet. An Airstream (or any RV for that matter) is the perfect romance vehicle, literally and figuratively.

Aluminum may not be good to eat through cooking in aluminum pots, but it sure seems to be a contact aphrodisiac!

Do you have any pictures of the inside of the AS at the Space Center. I was there when they first put it in the space and it was not accessable. They said it was a chicken coop. Said NASA sold them cheap after Apollo since they were not needed. From what I saw looks like a good redo job. I spent a week at adult space camp and had the time of my life. Nice AS Going to Tampa next year to look at them again. Getting ready to order my truck to pull it with. Should be the only Freightliner pulling a AS in the country.

Ya know I did not photograph inside - you can walk in now but glass walls prevent walking though - inside looks cool!
