Finally --on the road

We are leaving on a 3 week excursion, going thru Wisc via I-90/94 to Rockford ILL & on down 39/52 to Bloomington ILL, then East thru Indiana to Jackson Center (A/S home) Ohio. I would appreciate knowing if anyone would have travel info --ie; road construction, etc for this route. I know from earlier postings this Spring that road construction around Bloomington ILL was pretty heavy, but I'm hoping that it's now all completed. Planning on staying the first night somewhere close to Janesville, Wisc, so if anyone knows of a stopover close to the Interstate, I would appreciate that info also.

there is a koa in deforest wisconsin, it is just north of madison. on the next exit after that, there is a county park with hookups. it is called token creek.

both are within a mile of the interstate.

there is construction at the state line near beloit. plan on big delays if you are coming through on a sunday night.

all the flatlanders are returning home then!
