Does anyone have any idea on how Good Sam comes up with their rating for campgrounds. The reason I ask is that when I check other reviews such as trip advisor etc the reviews are often very different.

be careful
Holy crap $84? That's over $2,500 a month just for a parking spot. It sure must be nice being rich.

We love to look at campsite photos, BUT they usually show what's IN the campsite, but not the challenges of getting INTO the campsite. Between our Airstream (just 23') and our truck, we are over 40' in length, and a couple of times weve encountered insurmountable difficulties (narrow road, big rocks, a tree, etc) backing into the site we'd reserved. We rate our ability as advanced beginner, but it's still an issue.

Try to make contact with people in the park via email. You'll get a better review, usually. Don't trust the websites.
