Dog boarding near Eugene, OR?

I'll be traveling with my dog (australian shepard) through Oregon in about a week and a half, but I'll need to board him for a few days mid-trip. Does anyone have any recommendations for dog boarding facilities in the Eugene/Springfield or Oakridge areas??

Thank you very much!

Hi, I only boarded my dogs once and it was with the Veterinarian. To board a dog, they need proof of health and shots. So sometimes it's best to do it all in one place. You might want to find a local Vet. office.

Bordella Vacination

I believe pets need to have the Bordella Vacination ahead of time, before they can stay in a boarding or Vet. facility. We just had our 15 year old dog in for a Wellcare visit on Friday. It cost close to $300.00 just for vacinations, check-up and heartworm prevention medication. The old boy is still healthy though!

Thanks for the replies Skipper's been boarded where we live and is up to date on all of his shots. I'm just not familiar with the Eugene area and was wondering if anyone who lives in Oregon could recommend a clean, reputable boarding facility or veterinarian with boarding in the area.
