Just remember that this is Spring Break and Disney's second busiest week of the year. The parks are doable, just don't expect to get to everything; you will need to visit the parks more than one day each if you want to get to everything. But then again, you will have an excuse to go back next year!

First Trip To FW

We will be there from April 15 though April 20th. Hoping to convince my son and wife with 2 children 2 year old and a 5 month old to join us. My son and I will stay in the PahQue Screen Room tent and the women in the AS.

You might want to make sure that they allow that. I thought I read that tents of any kind were not allowed IF there was a trailer. I may have this confused with some place else though. Good luck and Have a great time.

Trailers and tents are allowed as long as there are no more than 10 people/site. We have used our screened dining awning with our Airstream lots of times. There is one regular at FW that has a T@b that is set up inside a screened tent and they have a separate tent for the children.

That is good news about the tents. I may have been thinking of Cedar Point?
Sorry to confuse others.

FW has some interesting restrictions, but they allow up to 10 people per site as long as you pay an extra $5/adult/night over age 17 and $5/pet/night.

Just back from the best vacation, to date!
Really great meeting some fellow 'streamers... swung by another magnificent 30 slide a couple times, but never caught anybody outside...

My only complaint (I can't reasonably complain about cost, since I think you get what you pay for) is the GOLF CART policy...

If they won't BAN them altogether (like fire pits), golf carts should be:
1. On roadways ONLY
2. Driven by LICENSED drivers ONLY

Those are two of the restrictions. MUST be licensed and you MUST stay off the walkways. However, there are some combination walkway/cart paths around the Meadows Trading Post (Bike barn where they are picked up and returned, the Meadows pool area, and the Meadows amphitheater. Also, the Trails End Trading Post, and Crockett's Tavern area).

Great Disney Website

Hi,
Not sure if this has been mentioned yet in this thread, but there is a great Disney forum/site you may want to check out: Disney World - The Largest Unofficial On-Line Guide to Disney World, Walt Disney World

We've been to Disney quite a few times and this web site is great for any information you need. This web site covers everything!

Check it out and have fun!

Martha
