2007 summer

We hope to get things done in time for at least a short trip in Florida to try things out, then the International rally at Perry, Georgia, and then we will spend the summer away from hurricanes in NC. & SC. House is for sale and we want to confirm where we will move to.

I've decided to put off our Big Bend trip due to being led astray by the Four Corners' Unit Baloon Rally. I had vague plans to go to Utah in the fall anyway, and since the Albuquerque trip falls at the right time, we decided to all that plus we'd go to Big Bend at that time. Whew - big story for small subject.

Anyway, we still are planning to hit the northern gulf coast in April, then back home via the Natchez Trace.

So many destinations, so little time. For family weekends we want to go back to Vermont, visit New York State, take a hike in New Hampshire. For me, it's a roadtrip in June for the Rivettes Summer Solstice rally in Ohio. And we haven't decided yet what to do with the extended chunk of vacation time we have this summer. Will it be a trip west, to Colorado and New Mexico, or Utah and Idaho? Or north to Canada, Nova Scotia, PEI?

Decisions, decisions...

We're wanting to go to Zion NP for a week or so this spring (if we can ever get the AS unburied). From what I can tell, it's got lots of great hiking and lots of great photography.

We're going to Wisconsin Dells for sure and then hopefully the Grand Canyon of the East - Letchworth St. Park along with many weekends by the Pymatuning reservoir in Andover, OH. ANY time we get to spend in the AS is vacation time!!!

The journey ahead

I called J.C. today to check the progress of our new A/S. They said it's supposed to roll out today, 2/27, there are inspections scheduled the rest of the week, and then delivery to dealer next week!
So, we are busy planning our maiden voyage from Draper, Ut. to southeastern AZ. and return to CO. Then, in July we are headed for class and family reunions in KS and IN. We're planning a stop in Goshen, IN for an Escapee rally in early Sept.
Ask us if we're excited to become first time streamers!
