CT campsites

Does anyone have a recommendation for campsites near Old Greenwich, CT. Many thanks.

i don't think you'll find anything withing an hour away. how long do you need to stay? i think there is a county park in northern westchester county ny.

about 50 minutes by car to greenwich. warning! no trailers on parkways! low clearance.

I sometimes feel nervous driving on the Merritt Parkway with just my van. I'd freak if I had to try to tow a trailer on it.

Did I see somewhere, pulling a trailer on the Merritt Pkwy is a good idea? Did you ever see an Airstream that hit a bridge? OUCH!
