Hi Fred,

just interested, but what do you have to pay for that car in france?? We are still in search for a TV, but would love a Silverado or F250 F350 Diesel... I have a new Forums Member List for Europe, shall I email it to you??

Hi Fred,
The vehicle you are talking about in my opinion is the best year of the 6.5 td to have because it has a mechanical injection pump and no computer for the engine although the transmission will have computerized electronics but they are pretty reliable. I have a 1994 crew cab with the 6.5 td and the auto. trans. and my engine has the EFI fuel injector pump but so far has not been to bad I have had to replace the Pump mounted driver but that will not apply to the 1993 engine. That vehicle should tow your Airstream fine I tow a 34 ft Excella 1000 and I have no complaints. Also I have almost 120,000 miles on mine. SO you would be getting a low mileage truck. Here is another GM diesel website you can visit www.62-65-dieselpage.com . Good Luck Davis

Hi Fred,

the new list in on our blog... but only the Airstream/Argosy Owners (61!) but there are 136 Europeans on this Forum. People from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Scotland, Switzerland, Sweden and The UnitedKingdom. What about Finland, Danmark, Spain, Norway and all new EU Countries??

Bjoern

Edit: 49 of these people have AIR no. larger than 13000 (bigplum from the UK). Many of the new members come from the UK, maybe a side effect from the launch of the first Airstream for the European Market??
