Colorado Fall Color is right now...

We've spent the last couple of weeks in Colorado (Cortez, Telluride/Ouray). This is our first visit here at this time of year and it's been awesome.

The gondola ride and views in Telluride are fantastic... and it's free!




Last week of September is a great time to visit here.

Nearby Mesa Verde National Park is awesome, as well.

Nice, stayed five days camped at city park in Telluride in July. Aspens look great.

Awesome, and thanks for posting them. Are there a lot of travelers out there at this time of year?

The park we stayed at (Ouray KOA) was pretty full. They close for winter Oct 1st. Seems like activities in the area are quieting down somewhat about now.

Last week there were Jeeps and 4x4 pickup trucks galore all over the mountains on the 4wd trails.

Telluride was relatively bustling while we were there. Such an awesome little alpine western town.
