City Water

This is our maiden voyage in our 2015 23FB International.
All was going well until today.
We are hooked up to city water. We arrived with a full tank of water and hooked to city water. Yesterday the % continually read 100%, this morning it was 100%. This afternoon it read 69% and now we are at 63%. We are hooked up to the city water and it works. What is going on.
First time owning an rv.

Look at the tank drain valve under the trailer and see if it's leaking.

Is your water pump switch on? If so and the city water pressure is low you may be using from your tank, but you would hear the pump running. On city water the pump should be off.

Thank you for all the suggestions! The situation was resolved with a phone call to Seattle Airstream service department.
There is a fresh water tank and the city hook up.
I did say we are new to rving.
We had a great first trip and look forward to next weekend.
We are loving our Airstream.
