Chattanooga

Made our second run in less than a month with our "new" trailer this past weekend to Chattanooga, TN from our home in Western North Carolina. We wanted to check out the aquarium there and Ruby Falls.

We stayed at the Holiday Trav-L-Park (Chattanooga Campground - Best Holiday TRAV-L-PARK) in one of their pull throughs. Happened to meet a couple other Streamers from the west coast too.

We arrived on Friday, spent all day Saturday at the aquarium and Sunday at Ruby Falls.

Attached are some pics while we were there:

Looks like a good time. Have been to Chattanooga a number of times but, always seem to end up on lookout mt, or the battlefields.

Good photos as well.

Good looking 34 footer. If it isn't new, it looks it.

50 miles North of Chattanooga is Fall Creek Falls State Park.

You might enjoy it as well.
Tennessee State Parks: Fall Creek Falls

And, there is a print of Fall Creek Falls on my website....the highest waterfall East of the Rockies.

Its good to hear you enjoyed our fair city last weekend. That is a nice looking rig. Once of these days I'll get over to the Carolina's to check out some of your scenic parks.

Hi David thanks for the link. We were not aware of Fall Creek Falls. We're kinda of spoiled where we live. The county we live in is called the Waterfall County as we have over 300 falls. These two parks are only 8 miles from our house:

Dupont Forest DuPont State Forest

We had a nice weekend there and found a nice Indian restaurant for dinner too. It was off I-75 near the Sportsman's store.

Triple falls is one our favorite places! Susan's mom has a place up there at Connestee. We are there often, in fact we'll be up there in a couple of weeks. You live in a beautiful part of the country. We're hopeful we can retire there one day. Enjoy!

Jim

Jim, you're joking right? That's where we live, Connestee Falls.
