Like stated above, there is a lot of brush and trees, so it provides some privacy but makes backing in more challenging. Also many of the sites you back in on the curb side.

There is no ground fires, so bring your own fire pit with you.

The Beaches...

There are three main beaches, North, South, and East Beaches.

North Beach

This is by far the nicest of the beaches. I little bit of a walk from the parking but well worth it.

South Beach (not visited)

I belive the dog beach is there..

East Beach ( Sand Spur Beach)

This is a nice park section, with an ok beach. It has a nice view of the Skyway Bridge. What we did not love was the massive tracks of sand spur grass on the beach. Make sure that keep your shoes on all the way to the water.
