Caravan Rules

Are there Standing Operating Procedures that to pertain to leading or participating in a caravan? Not necessarily a formal WBCCI Caravan, but any collection of three or more Airstreams travelling together. I would be grateful for a link.

You also should look at the current issue of the Blue Beret. There is a article on caravans and there are some revisions to the rules for a numbered caravan. They can now be 7 days and 7 units, I think.
