Canyon Lake, Texas. Has anyone camped there.

Someone told me they used this as a base while touring San Antonio. But I don't know just where they stayed. Would like 50 amp if possible. Would welcome suggestions for where to stay. We will be touring San Antonio beginning April 6th. I think it is a public campground.

Guadalupe River State Park is our favorite place to stay when in the San Antonio area. Water and electric sites(30 amp) unless the electric hookups have been upgraded since our last visit.

If you are going in the busy time of the year or on a weekend, reservations will be necessary.
