Camping in Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Colorado
We were able to get away for a quick outing to nearby Golden Gate Canyon State Park. The aspens had lost all there leaves, and the crowds where gone. We were surprised that most of the campground, and the dump station, where still open. The weather was warm and gorgeous—we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend!
We had such a wonderful time, that we decided to stay over Sunday night even though I had to be at work by 9 a.m.!
We have posted a lot of beautiful pictures, and I've figured out how to add topo maps of our hikes.
Enjoy the post, and friend us on Facebook, too.

Fabulous! We camped there a few years ago and loved the park.

Thanks everyone. I love the Milky Way pictures that Natasha takes. I think the best ones where from our trip to Sugarloaf Campground, in WY. Check them out, they are toward the bottom of the page: Sugarloaf Campground, WY | Our Glamping Adventures

Wonderful weather = winter glamping with the Airstream!
We took advantage of the great weather in Colorado this past weekend. We went to our favorite nearby campground in Golden Gate again, and also had some fun at the Frozen Dead Guy Days, in Nederland, CO.
