Camp memberships??
I did a search for pros/cons of joining certain RV memberships (Happy Camper, Good Sam Club, KOA, Coast to Coast, Resort Parks Int'l, Resorts of Distinction, etc.) but didn't come up with anything.
So, let me pose this question to those more experienced (my wife and I are on our first RV voyage EVER and are full timing for about 6 mos):
What public RV memberships are worth it? Happy Camper seems to be a good deal for 1/2 off for only ~ $50 / yr. How about Good Sam, KOA? Any other low cost alternatives that are good?
What about the private memberships such as Coast to Coast, Resort Parks Int'l, Resorts of Distinction, Thousand Trails? Any others? Pro's and con's or recommendations?
We are travelling up the Rocky Mtns into Canada, then down the coast of British Columbia, Washington, Oregon back to Calif. We'd like to save a little bit of $ on camping fees and any info on what memberships are recommended would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
