Some electricity...

Get AAA or other guidebook for campgrounds in area, and "Parks Canada" publishes one as well... Usually only the largest include electricity, and many have overflow park areas that are really just large parking lots... Solar could work, but that far north sun is low in sky even though it's up a long time, though many of the park sites are also filled with large and lovely trees.. (The Anti-Sun..)
I'd consider small generator like Honda Eu 1000, which will easily recharge batteries in a couple hours, either through transformer or with DC hookup wires direct to battery terminals.. Be wary of gas cans, however, and consider buying a real little one, which stays empty when you're planning on boarding a Ferry, as both WA State Ferries and BC Ferries prohibit gas in plastic or metal containers on their boats... We've "donated" 2 full cans over 5 trips to the area... For some reason, gas already in the Generator is OK...
