Grate weather

Well the weather has sure been good here in the big Q this year.We are now just getting over a few bad days off cold and wind.It was 25 F last night, the high today of only 55 F and SUNNY.
BUT this is a lot better than some of you are having in other parts of the countery.
It will be back in the mid 70s tomorrow with lots of sun and no wind for the next week.
We sure feel for you snow birds that are still in the SNOW.
I do not know why some of the folks that came for the BIG tent RV show have alread left.It is hard to find nicer weather in the USA than in the big Q. EAT YOUR HARTS OUT you snow bound folks.

Like he said...life is tough when you have to plan yer day around a trip to Family Dollar...tougher when you have to pick up the mail...but wearin' shorts(carefully keeping the waist below the navel, and above the hips...this gettin' old thing requires LOTS of concentration) yep, wearing shorts in February is a joy, and the shirt thing is where it's at...m

We will just take it one day at a time. Q is great and its good to be close to friends. Will be up at Roosevelt before long, Jimmie too. Then on to the RIM. Come see us. Mike and Sheri

Don't Worry, Help is on the Way

Sounds like y'all are up to your ears in important things to do and don't have enough time to do 'em. Don't worry, help is on the way! We are planning to come to Q after DH V for a while and thaw out. -18F yesterday AM - the same as Silverton - and only had one pipe to fix in the mechanical room. Thank goodness it is off of the garage and not the house plus it has a working floor drain.

From Frostbite Falls,

Howard

Today in the BIG Q

Well another nice sunny day in the BIG Q but only up to about 63F today.
The party is comming to a end for many folks here.The big tent has been taken down and a lot of the venders have gone along with about 2/3 of the campers.I do not know here they are off to since this is still about the best weather in the U.S.
The big thing in our Airstream group now is making home made breads,pastas and yogurt.Will we all live longer now?
Well time for me to go out in the sun and finish my Bloody Marry.Only 7 hours till happy hour.

Hi Jim and Mini;

Thanks for hosting our breakfast party this morning. This was our first "breakfast in a bag" had it was delicious. We are having such a great time here with all the "Airstreamers" at Quartzsite.

End of the line

WELL we have come to the end of the line for posting photos.
Since we are not contributing members of the forums we have hit the limit they allow for us poor folks to post.

Your Thread will be missed Jim. You keep doing great things for Airstreamers and pull them together and they have a great time. Sorry for this.

Jim; I don't know much about computers but why do you have to stop your thread? I've always enjoyed reading it and viewing your photos. How can you continue to provide us with your fun posts? There must be a way to do it. This is America, anything is possible.

Thanks for Your Help

Hi Jim;

Thanks for helping me get set up on the forms. Much appreciated. Hope everything works when I post this.

We are one of the "Canadians" camping down here with Jim & Mini & fellow Airstreamers. We have been welcomed by all and feel blessed to be part of the crowd.

Here is what fourum folks have told me.
(1)"Registerd members are limited to 50MB of attachment storage to threads and posts and 100MB for files posted to the photo gallery."
(2) "Contributing members have unlimited attachments"
The way I take this I can post NO photos any where on the fourum,so starting a new thread would not help.It looks like the only way is to pay them the $$ to become a "Contributing member".THIS I can not bring myself to do.I am just poor and cheap old Buzzard.

Does "registered members" mean as couples? or individuals. As I have a name seperate from Rusty Rivet, would we each be able to post the 50mb or 100mb?

Hey jimmini, why not just go in your account and weed out some of those old attachments so you can come in under the 50mb?
