Time to go home but not before a visit to Jackson Center for the tour and some service
Staying at the Terra Port..
Off for some TLC...
Chk'ing for a water leak..
While we were there they got the very first AS ever produced @ Jackson Center.... It had a number one for a serial number
Last night there before heading home.. all work is done and she's good as new..
Check this thing out!!! It pulled into the Terra Port as we were pulling out. It's a class B Bambi!! Whoa

Great pics Brian! Rod and I cracked up at the Coffee Bean picture - we had coffee there this morning! The pictures from Moab on were reminiscent of the past week for us. I'll post some of ours next week. I have over 600 to sift through. You gotta love digital cameras!
Did you get a chance to get to Monument Valley?

Great pics, Brian. We've been all those places over the years and it's always good to revisit. We just missed #1 Airstream as we were there several weeks before you.

Yea thank god for digital cameras. Between the kids and me I don't think the thing had a minutes rest!! We didn't get to Monument Valley but that gives us another reason to have to go back!!

Brian, I assume the company never made anything like that Class B Bambi. It's quite an adaptation, though not my fantasy. There are many strange things people have done with Airstreams. I'm still learning about the various motorhome versions of Airstreams out there made by the company and created by others. Sometimes I sit in our Safari and imagine how to add an engine, front seats, swept back windshield, sort of a 30+ foot version of ours, or maybe the 27'. I haven't figured out how to save the dinette and be able to get to the driver's area. And I'd have to make the dinette table bigger to put all my stuff on—my computer, a printer, newspaper, assorted junk, and eat there too! Well, fantasies don't have to make sense…
Monument Valley awaits you. Once you've been there, then you can recognize it in many old western movies on TCM and the Western channel. Got plans for next summer?

Not sure about next summer yet but we've got alot going on with moving our son into clooege etc. It may depend on where he ends up going to school. I think we'll do a little less driving and plan a bigger one for the following year.

No, you send them there to get a "cloo", but they still don't call it that yet.
