Anyone have any suggestions? We pick our GT up at the end of the month and want to stock it up before hitting the road. Need something somewhat close to Cherry Hill, NJ so we can go to container store. Lol
You really aren't in the "scenic" part of New Jersey up there. It's pretty much wall to wall urban landscape. For more laid back, you need to head aways down the coast.
My guess is that if you give them a call, they can give you a rundown of what's close and just how "fun" it is. We camped in their parking lot and passed on the park down the road from their old location.

The wife & I picked up our GT 27FBT last weekend from Colonial. We were welcome to stay there (Colonial) but decided to bring her to the campground 17 minutes away. We pretty much just slept there and rolled out in the morning. Many campgrounds closed for the season last weekend. Join Harvest Host and stay in PA or NY state to avoid NY city traffic. Big Elm Brewing is a host site in Sheffield MA not very far from the Pike. If you do, give me a shout here and the wife & I will join you for an adult beverage. Not too far from us. Good luck and I recommend videoing the tutorial.
Turkey Lake County Park. Part of the Monmouth County park system. 25 minutes from Lakewood. It’s a beautiful county park with water and electric hookups. Open until Nov 15.
