This list would not be complete without mention of the Harry Potter series. I'll start there.

Wow! Impossible to say!

Most major public libraries have downloadable audiobooks. Just enter your card number and plug in your earphones. I listen to non-fiction, and sort by most popular. Download more than you think you have time to read, so that if you get a dud, you can move on to something better without stopping.

I listen to books while I work, (yeah, I'm one of the pre-retired RVers) and have been listening to books for nearly two years, and am far from exhausting the available books.

"The Martian" by Andy Weir. I read the book before I saw the movie, and it was fascinating. I strongly recommend it.

I second the Harry Potter series too.

We loved the Harry Potter series. The narrator was fabulous and really made the books come alive. I have " The Oregon Trail" downloaded but haven't listened yet. Hoping it's good ( and gives me inspiration for another trip)!

Not in the Airstream yet but have listened to books in my car for years. I can't wait to do so on road trips.

I have listen to these and many more but these are some of my favorites.

Still Alice -based on a true story
The girl on the train -I think in theaters now
A man called Ove -different but very good
When breath becomes air - medical, true story
Oxygen -medical, fiction but written by an anesthesiologist
Into thin air -based on true story about 96 Everest climb disaster
