Auto Insurance in Canada

Traveling to Alaska this summer and USAA told me we will not be insured in Canada.... Any advice/experience regarding insurance for Canada?

That doesn't make sense, your auto insurance should be good in Canada.

Agreed! They are idiots - or at least the two people I talked to were..... I just got off the phone with a supervisor and surprise! we are insured
