Your best bet is the fairgrounds within walking distance from downtown Napa.

We stayed at the napa fairgrounds three weeks ago and the Calistoga rv park last week. Both are close to nearby downtown areas. Both have a parking lot feel to them. Really can't go wrong with either since you'll be in the middle of wine country.

Napa valley expo is very nice, Calistoga fairgrounds is just fine. If your an Elk, there are hookups at the Napa lodge.

Skyline Regional Park is just outside Napa, and less expensive than the fairgrounds for full hookups.

Skyline shows $100/night full hookups, $85 per night water/elec, 2 night minimum.

No overnight parking, but If you have a few bucks to spend, the Napa wine train is worth investigating. Expect the bill to be excessive, but remember it's a train ride and includes a very nice meal with quite a view. We like the Vista Dome car for the experience, but the other cars are less expensive and still offer a fine meal experience.

If you are on a budget, the highway follows the train tracks so you get almost the same view and there are lots of good restaurants including some DDD possibilities.

There are good wineries all around CA. Check out Lodi, Livermore (Wenty has a golf course), Gillroy, Paso Robles, Sonoma ........

Enjoy the valley and drive safe. Pat
