Antique Airstreams... Junking Trips are Great
I started taking photographs of vintage Airstreams used to store hay, trailer parts, used as an extension to a home and just sitting in a lot. It is amazing how many vintage trailers can be found if you are... looking.
I include four photographs. The first being in Idaho and used as a Kitchen. They had no electricity, but did use solar, generator... propane for the Airstream, fire wood for the cabin. Truely Off the Grid Boondockers!
The other three photographs are some aluminum trailers in Wyoming. The last one is a very rare Western Pacific Railroad 38 to 40 footer.
If you were actually looking for potential trailers to purchase... you would never see one. Since we are not looking for any... they seem to be everywhere!
