Airstreams & Avions Make Good Friends:

We recently camped at the KOA in Alamosa Co. and noticed an Airstream Flying Cloud come in and set up. I went over and asked how they liked their Airstream. Everybody on this forum knows that that's a sure way to start a long conversation. They were Lou and Marcia from Tx. The first thing Marcia wanted to do was see the inside of our 25 year old Avion and of course I wanted to tour their Lovely Little Airstream. We became great friends and had a wonderful time talking about our Campers. Kids and Grandkids. It proves what I have known since my first Airstream. It's a lots more fun to camp with a Shiny Aluminum Body wrapped around you.
This picture shows Lou and Marcia on the left with their Airstream behind and Barb and I on the right by our Avion.
Thanks Lou and Marcia for the great time at Alamosa and thanks for the Shiny Aluminum Campers that made it all happen.
Hope our paths cross again some day, some where.
Till Then,
God Bless

Proof that you meet the nicest people in Silver Trailers!!!

We own both brands and love them for their differences.
