Airstreaming in Longmont/Boulder, CO

Will be traveling to the Longmont/Boulder, CO area and would like some recommendations on where to stay for several days with a 25' Safari. Woodall's and online searches have not yielded much. Anyone with recommendations, I'd love to hear from you. Thanks, Joseph

Estes Park, out of the heat!

hi joseph- Estes Park is only about 40 minutes from either Longmont or Boulder, and I've just described a bunch of places on another current thread that you'll see, with "Mary's Lake" in the title. If it is 90 degrees in Boulder, it's only 80 up here. You might try it if you don't have to commute every day. I'm sure there some rv parks down there somewhere, just don't know of any. Best of luck- tim

When I lived there, there was a small RV park on the hill just SW of Boulder. Don't know whether it is still there. I don't remember any other RV parks closer than Loveland.

I lived at Carter Lake, north of Longmont. You can boondock there for a small daily fee. Nice little lake in the foothills west of Berthoud.

Boulder County Fairground in Longmont has a campground. 2018 prices are $25/night with full hookups. They don't take reservations.
